Coming on board as Finance Manager, your expertise in financial analysis, as well as experience in a high growth company will be vital and valuable in ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports and meaningful reports to guide commercial and operational initiatives, provide our stakeholders with visibility on business performance.

Job Descriptions:

To review management accounts, financial results, financial reporting, forecasts for the entities ensuring revenue, expenses and Balance Sheet items are appropriately captured
Oversee the audit process, including providing guidance support for the audit of the company, and all related statutory financial reports
Review and monitor cash flows, capital expenditures and approve payments
Support operational finance matters, developing and directing financial planning, strategy and setting financials target
Identify weaknesses in financial reporting across all subsidiaries and make necessary adjustments to existing processes with a view towards improving transparency and accuracy of our financial reports
Identify, prioritize and lead finance / business process improvement projects specific to financial reporting related to longer-term sustainability efforts that support the fast growing nature of our business
To support other tasks as required by Management from time to time
To supervise and manage a team of size between 20-30 staffs

Requiremenrs:

Only open for Malaysia Citizens/PR holder
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA or equivalent
CA/CPA certification required
12+ years of experience in accounting. Have experience working in courier services industry would be an advantage
Experience working with multinational organizations/environment especially in a high growth, rapidly changing culture
Strong knowledge of MFRS NetSuites ERP system familiarity would be an advantage
Prior Internal and/or external audit experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
Possess own transport
