F&B Captain - DELONIX Karawang

Communicate service needs to chefs and steward throughout functions. Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee are ready for service. Inspect the cleanliness, breakfast presentations and all the amenities of food & beverages are ready prior to use. Set tables according to type of daily event and ensure food & beverages operations are align with our vision and mission.

• Proven work experience for 1 year minimum in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
• Have banquet experiences will be more advantage
• Have a good communication in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum diploma or relevant education background
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
