Communicate service needs to chefs and steward throughout functions. Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee are ready for service. Inspect the cleanliness, breakfast presentations and all the amenities of food & beverages are ready prior to use. Set tables according to type of daily event and ensure food & beverages operations are align with our vision and mission.
- Proven work experience for 1 year minimum in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Have banquet experiences will be more advantage
- Have a good communication in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum diploma or relevant education background
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
