- Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and swift performance improvement. Can thrive in a high-pressure environment and has a strong operational strategy that is timely.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Culinary school diploma
