Factory Quality Control (QA/QC) for Sukabumi Placement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Factory Quality Control (QA/QC) professional for our Sukabumi facility. The QA/QC role will involve monitoring and ensuring the quality of products and processes in the factory, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the completeness of documents related to quality system and food safety.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of quality procedures in the production area.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with FSSC and ISO 22000 standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and internal audits in accordance with company policy.
• Conduct periodic checks on palm sugar products, including physical and chemical tests.
• R&D in conducting trials and new product development.

• Minimum S1 education in Food Technology, Biology, or other relevant majors.
• Preferably have at least 1 year experience as Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) in the food industry.
• Familiar with food safety systems, including FSSC and ISO 22000.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) well.
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and able to work independently.
