That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Responsible for setting up operations SOP for events
- Handle the PNL for operations at the events
- Automate the events process making it scalable across countries
- Work with product to develop automated features for 0 error and scalable operations
- Make sure operations as a service can be sold and be profitably run across countries.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Have minimum 5 years of inground working experience in on-ground events across SEA and Indonesia
- Experienced in setting up operations on the ground from zero
- Experienced working with Product for new product development
- Be detailed and data oriented
- Good understanding in product and data number
