- Leading the Technical team
- Making sure all service delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Product, QA, Business, etc)
- Implement innovative technologies
- Growing and innovating continuously with us
- Coaching developers to grow to their utmost potentials
- Design and develop high quality, robust and scalable API and adaptors to external system within agreed timescale
- Assess and manage team performance through staff meetings, one on one, and quarterly assessments
- Good communication and leadership skill, proven with past experiences in leading a team (as tech lead and team manager), preferably with start up background
- Good understanding of SCRUM methodology
- Good analytics & system design skill
- Experience with team management
- At least 5 years of working experiences as a developers and 2 years as a lead
- Strong in backend development specifically in Golang, basic understanding on front end development (Javascript/Typescript/React) and basic understanding on mobile development (kotlin)
- at least 2 years of working experiences in Banking System
