- Opening communication related to the schedule and dooring capacity with the recipient and customer success to create a dooring plan to the dooring agent.
- Ensuring containers can be unloaded by the dooring agent on time according to the shipper's SLA at the Dooring location.
- Maintain lead-time dooring in order to avoid storage costs and demmurage.
- Escalating Issues and coordinating related matters if there are issues during delivery.
- Completing Delivery Orders (DO).
- Monitoring and Reporting on a regular basis or on request to the Customer Success Team.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
- Communicative and problem solving skills are highly required
- Able to operate google spreadsheet or Microsoft Office (excel) with the formulas
- Experience working with softwares & technical dashboards preferable
- Critical thinking
