Job description:
+ Manage a team of admins
+ Ensure team OKR is met
+ Maintain and monitor daily process of delivery order creations and auditing
+ Ensure all data entry is correct and accurate
+ Analyze daily, weekly and monthly orders per shippers
+ Daily, weekly and monthly auditing of delivery order details
+ Create working trackers and dashboards to monitoring performance
+ Set up new working flows to align with business needs
+ Fast problem-solving daily issues that the team face
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or operations fields
- Associate or bachelor's degree from any major
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc) and Google Sheet
- Experienced in making working flow or SOP
Work-based in Jakarta
