The Role:
Our in-house Creative Production team is seeking a Digital Production Executive to support our e-commerce product imagery. You will be responsible for overseeing image retouching and digital assets – both stills and video – and assisting the production team with ad-hoc requests. You will also ensure assets are up to standards and guidelines, persistently advocating quality, accuracy, constant improvement in workflow best practices with innovative software and tools.

Working in a fast-paced production environment, this role will report to the Creative Production Lead and sit within the in-house Creative team, where multidisciplinary creatives including photographers, stylists and graphic designers collaborate closely to craft visual experiences around our brand ambition - to be the most thoughtful brand made for the everyday woman.

Main Responsibilities:

Production

  • Retouch images with precision, paying rigorous attention toward product details (actual colours, creases, flaws) and model skin-tones
  • Colour matching, ensuring the shot images are accurate to the actual product
  • Provide ad-hoc image/video resizing support for departments
  • Store, manage and maintain an easily searchable organised archival of assets on cloud storage
  • Manage and prioritise timelines for post-production, ensuring that assets are delivered as promised
  • Manage and handover image assets to external vendors
  • Onsite banner image management
  • Uploading of final assets onto the e-commerce back-end in preparation for launches
  • Exercise independent judgement in selecting cover images for each product to ensure our onsite product catalog pages look balanced and curated

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in professional digital retouching and video editing
  • Exceptional skills in retouching and colour correction/grading
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Capture One/Lightroom
  • A highly developed eye, particularly for skin-tones, with a natural finesse for balance and composition
  • An up-to-date awareness of innovative software and tools that will aid in both quality and efficiency
  • A natural interest in global fashion and e-commerce trends, with a proactive attitude in independently conducting competitor research and applying learnings
  • A resilience to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under critical pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills in prioritising or re-prioritising multiple ongoing projects, ensuring delivery against aggressive timelines
  • The willingness to learn and the openness to receiving constructive feedback
  • Strong and confident communication skills in order to escalate obstacles faced or to ask questions when in doubt
  • A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team. Get it done right, and fast!
