Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Job Description
- Create comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Implement strategies across various digital paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets.
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, campaign, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase mobile app downloads and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and conversion rates within the app.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on budget expenditure and campaign performance.
- Work closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and mobile app growth.
- Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid digital channels.
- Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with mobile app marketing Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Bonus point if:
- Having certifications on digital marketing trainings / bootcamp / other similar relevant professional or expertise recognitions
- Agency, E-commerce, banking or financial services knowledge or experience is a plus.
