Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will conduct research and in-depth analyses to drive revenue and business growth. You will also translate the analysis into impactful insights and recommendations for diverse stakeholders and management. Overall, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around:

• Serving as a strategic advisor, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Collaborating with business stakeholders (Product, Marketing, etc) to develop data-driven strategies and action plans to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings
• Analyzing customer behavior and segmentation to identify acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities
• Identifying and implementing A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to evaluate the impact of different strategies, features, and campaigns
• Translating data analysis findings into clear, concise recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimize marketing initiatives, and improve product performance
• Conducting comprehensive data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical methods and analytical tools to uncover actionable insights and trends
• Developing impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering
• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in management/strategic consulting, banking, fintech, e-commerce, and/or start-ups
• Experience in analyzing & quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business growth
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualization using tools like Tableau
• Strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis results to a wide range of audiences, and translate these to actionable business insights
• Possess structured critical thinking and detail-oriented
• Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
