What you will be doing
Job Summary: Assist Assistant Customer Service Manager in coordinating the customer relations tasks at country level.
Customer Service
· Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
· Allocate and process orders and provide delivery information
· Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints timely
· Input relevant data into Warehouse Management System
· Liaise and coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure smooth delivery of goods
Documents and Reports
· Enter inventory movement related to the customer into relevant system.
· Ensure all data entry for inbound and outbound activities are done timely
· Maintain and update records in customer’s software system
Specific Activities
Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
