Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing support to customers requesting data updates (Phone Numbers, Emails, and Bank Accounts) while following established SOPs.
- Help explain Tunaiku’s KTA products and services in a clear and concise manner to customers.
- Support the team in building and maintaining positive relationships with Tunaiku customers.
- Assist in documenting customer requests for data changes and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Final-year student with no remaining classes or fresh graduate in any major.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a 3-months internship.
