Customer Service & Complaint Management Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing support to customers requesting data updates (Phone Numbers, Emails, and Bank Accounts) while following established SOPs.
  • Help explain Tunaiku’s KTA products and services in a clear and concise manner to customers.
  • Support the team in building and maintaining positive relationships with Tunaiku customers.
  • Assist in documenting customer requests for data changes and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student with no remaining classes or fresh graduate in any major.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and resolve customer concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for a 3-months internship.
