Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT. Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku. 

In January 2020, we had a successful Initial Public Offering and raised more than 209 billion rupiahs in funds from our public stock offering, more than we targeted to achieve. Recently Amar Bank was awarded as The Best Bank in Mortgage 2020 Book 2 category by 2002. In early July, we launched our newest innovative product named Senyumku in addition to our existing other products such as Tunaiku, Nabungyuk, and Tunaiku Invest. Today we have more than 1000 employees and that number keeps growing.

Job Description

  • Generate leads from various sources, such as online directories, referrals, events, etc;
  • Call potential customers and convert to sales
  • Offer credit retail products and programs to existing and prospective customers
  • Manage customer's administrative documents and coordinate with other related circles
  • Communicate customer experience and feedback to the Marketing team
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Requirements

  • Education minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a telesales or customer service representative
  • Computer and internet literate
  • ast in typing and able to work multitasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive with a good attitude and high motivation
  • Energetic, pleasant personality, knowledgeable and problem solver
  • Result and service-oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
