Job Descriptions:
- Do Social Listening for direct & indirect mention of Tiket.com and gather the data
- Leveraging social listening or survey to detect and understand customer trends on social media
- Generating insight and suggestions or recommendations from crawled social posts data
- Giving insight regarding a public post how big the opportunity size that may be converted to leads or sales
- Produce a report based on gathered data and insight
- Listen to Public Post to identify the opportunity size of Engageable Post without mentioning any brand
- Classified priority user/influencer/public figure when having negative sentiment
- Present report to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology
- 2-3 years in Social Listening, Customer Service, Business Analyst fields
- A solid understanding of social listening is a must, have experience using any social listening tools
- Understand the customer experience and/or customer service
- Possess both qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
