We’re looking for a Managed Talent Manager to join our Managed Talent team, to help retain our Hubber in Indonesia office. Also, to ensure our Hubber is having a great experience with Glints and its employer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Increase the Hubber retention and Hubber Seat retention to 80% by the end of 2022
- Launch and manage projects to drive Hubber retention, satisfaction, and data collection
- Acquire resources and support from Customer Support and Finance to solve Hubber’s issues
- Ensure the operational data is inputted accurately and in timely manner

Who We Are Looking For
- Aspiring customer-obsessed professional with 3-6 years experience managing a team and solving customer’s issues
- Possess good stakeholder management and able to effectively collaborate with other people, internally or externally
- Has basic working knowledge of data processing, analysis, and visualization for performance reporting (comfortable with using basic formulas in Ms Excel or Google Spreadsheets)
- Is a problem-solver, with the ability to proactively and effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions when issues arise
- Can create a concise yet informative presentation to update all stakeholders involved on project progress
- Possess a basic understanding of local tax and labor law as essential point in retaining Hubber
