Job Description:
- Customer Experience Agent - Response to Shipper for any enquires/complaints and follow up on the issue with related teams
- Shipment Monitoring - Follow up with Ground Ops / Driver about shipment updates and check Driver App Updates
- Driver Attendance Check - Check all driver attendance to follow the correct procedure and assigned to the correct DO
- Reassignment and Assignment Check - Follow up with the Pre-Shipment team for any DO Discrepancies (Unassigned DO, Different Driver/Fleet)
- POD/POL Approval - Check for POD/POL already uploaded via the required platform and following the requirements
- Driver App Adoption - Check for Driver App usage and DO reflect on the driver app
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in related fields (customer experience, customer relations, etc)
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets with formula
- Willing to work in shifts by time and days
- Work-based in Jakarta
- Can join as soon as possible
