Culture and Engagement Lead

To collaborate with the People Manager to take a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications, helping the organization to share and develop its objective with the workforce using a range innovative tools and techniques. To play a vital role in engaging the people who work for Stockbit Bibit team as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.

Job Description

• Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications
• To design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy, monitoring, and evaluating as approproate
• To ensure that the development and delivery of engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluate to ensure effectiveness
• Support organizational change by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensuring best practice
• To established benchmarks and targets against which future improvement can be made
• To coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy
• To work with the manager to ensure internal and external communications are effectively coordinated.
• To participate and lead on specific projects
• To take responsibility for own continuous professional development

• Bachelor degree level or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Culture & Engagement
• Project management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team player and problem-solving aptitude
