We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Sales Manager to lead our in-country channel business.. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity industry, a proven track record in channel sales development, management and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of the channel business, developing new partners, managing key partner relationships, and driving new revenue through effective channel management. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in vender channel partner management in SaaS Cybersecurity industry
  • Proven experience in channel sales management, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developed and growing channel partner revenue (Distributor / SI)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with SFDC and Hubspot software and sales analytics tools. 

Responsibilities :

  • Able to develop and execute a strategic plan for the country to achieve sales and revenue targets through the country channel partners.
  • Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies for expanding and optimizing the regional channel partner network.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new channel partners together with Distributor
  • Able to provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Understanding market dynamics, identifying key opportunities, and aligning partner activities with the overall business goals
  • Collaborate with new and existing channel partners to create and execute joint business plans.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against established KPIs.
  • Work with channel partners to develop and execute marketing strategies - GTM plan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within partner organizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales. ● Ensure incentive structures are aligned with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy improvements.
  • Ensure channel partners adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
