The Role 
As Product Manager – Agri ERP: Production & Traceability, you will lead the development of INDICO’s smart ERP platform for Indonesia’s agriculture and food processing sectors. The focus is on digitizing end-to-end production operations—spanning on-farm, processing, and factory environments—and enabling full traceability and compliance through IoT integration and real-time monitoring. You will work cross-functionally to transform operational needs into scalable, data-driven digital solutions that support both INDICO-owned sites and partner enterprises, modernizing agri-manufacturing through efficient and traceable systems. 

What you will do, but not limited to: 

• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for INDICO’s production and traceability ERP solution for agri-manufacturing. 

• Drive the end-to-end development of smart, IoT-integrated production systems, from MVP to full-scale deployment. 

• Partner with operations, compliance, and field teams to deeply understand user pain points across upstream-to-downstream workflows in agri-production. 

• Translate complex operational, compliance, and traceability requirements into scalable digital features. 

• Lead product discovery, prototyping, requirement gathering, and validation processes with both internal and external stakeholders. 

• Oversee roadmap development, sprint planning, and feature prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and business need. 

• Ensure seamless integration between production execution, IoT data, quality control, and compliance reporting. 

• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and program delivery teams to ship robust and user-friendly solutions. 

• Champion field usability and edge-case reliability, especially in connectivity-constrained environments. 

• Continuously measure product adoption, performance impact, and user feedback to refine and iterate. 

• Stay current with agritech, smart factory, and traceability trends to keep INDICO ahead of the curve. 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, agriculture, food technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in ERP systems, agritech, manufacturing, or compliance-heavy industries. 

• Experience with IoT-integrated platforms, factory systems, or field-operational tools is highly valued. 

• Proven ability to translate operational complexity into intuitive digital workflows. 

• Strong understanding of traceability and regulatory compliance in production/manufacturing environments. 

• Experience in delivering MVPs and iterating products based on user feedback and real-world deployment. 

• Comfortable working with APIs, device integrations, and backend architecture to guide engineering decisions. 

• Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders. 

• Passionate about improving Indonesia’s agriculture and food processing industries through technology.
