We are looking for a business analyst, who will help us streamline operations for the CEO’s office in a multinational, growing organization. In this role, you will be involved in analyzing processes, dealing with multiple stakeholders, creating and measuring KPIs / OKRs to enhance the efficiency of different verticals.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company's processes, technology and services
- Evaluating the service offerings of competition as well as keeping up to date with the rules and regulations affecting the insurance industry
- Work with leaders from analytics, sales, operation & product teams to track efficiency & team targets
- Stakeholder management & investor relations
- Formal monthly updates to report progress, potential breaks and overall issuance pipeline
- Preparing quarterly updates for the board
- Prepare Memos, presentations, communication, company updates as required for the CEO’s office
- Ability to independently structure complex ideas and reliably deliver high-quality insights from structured and unstructured data sources
- Excellent MS Office Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills & ability to communicate data and results
- 2 to 4 years of experience within the start-up industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in Insurance and/or Insurance Technology is noteworthy
- Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
- Resilience & ability to function under demanding circumstances
