About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.
Fazz provides business accounts that offer seamless payment, savings and credit functionalities, giving businesses equal opportunity to build, run, and grow. We cater to the warung and MSME in Indonesia under the brand Fazz Agen, and fast-growing startups and SMEs in Singapore and Indonesia under the brand Fazz Business.

We’re looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Communication Manager, you will take the lead in executing all corporate communications for Fazz as a group to ensure that potential employers are aware of Fazz and benefits of working at Fazz.
What You'll Do:
- Creation of compelling content for the company’s website, case studies, blog and social media channels to support employer branding efforts.
- Working closely with employer branding team to create content, events and employee activities.
- Creation of the weekly and monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency in terms of style, branding and optimisation for search and experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile and video.
- Identification of guest writing opportunities and execution of the articles.
- Identify and track metrics to measure content performance.
Requirements:
- You have at least 2-3 years experience in corporate communication, content marketing and/or field marketing;
- You have strong project management skills and experiences
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and have hands-on experience with applying SEO to content pieces
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Keyword Research
- You are outspoken and have the ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion before they become issues
- You are comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Human Resources, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Business Development)
Nice to have
- Exposure and broad understanding of the FinTech sector
- Experience in Public Relations in a regulated environment
- Experience in employer branding content creation
- Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow, Wordpress
