Content QC Shift Lead - Contract Based (Solo)

Job Description:

• Monitor, guide, motivate agents, and making sure that the team are able to achieve target
• Solve day-to-day operational issues
• Analyse issues and provide feedback for improvements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing operational teams (preferrably QC or Operational Excellence) for at least 2 years of experience
• Capability to able to motivate agents and understand operationals end-to-end process
• Good in data reporting and familiar with excel analysis tools to identify and solve day-to-day operational issues
• Comfortable in managing and communicating with stakeholder, with intermediate English skill
• Able to work in shifting hours and overtime when needed
• Familiar with video platform (reels, snackvideo, etc)
• Willing to work in contract based and be placed in Solo
