Job Description:
- Give assessment regarding the agents tasks and ensuring that they are in accordance with SOP standards
- Calibrating QA assessment
- Coaching, monitoring, training
- Find solutions to agent problems related to the tasks
Requirements:
- Experienced in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is a plus
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and analysis
- Able to work in a team, good skill communication
- Able to work under pressure and under dynamic target
- Familiar with Excel (minimum basic excel)
- Familiar with social media content platforms (e.g: SnackVideo, reels, etc.)
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Willing to work in contract based and placed in Solo
