Job Descriptions:

Established, create and monitor monthly closing activities with the tools in Traveloka-Asana (e.g. accounts receivables, accounts payables, trade deposits, accruals, fixed assets register, amortization, update on the advances, deposits, etc).
Maintain intercompany transactions and balances reconciliation across the group
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and take responsibility of year-end audit of operating entities.
Assist in the preparation of external reports
Professional development and mentoring of accounting staff to maximize full potential
Hands-on approach to manage and oversee the daily operation of accounting function
Month End - Manage the close process, review balance sheet and variance analysis reports and commentaries in accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS
Responsible for full set of accounts and financial statements.
Review monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports to HQ
Strengthen internal controls around financial close process and daily operation of the accounting function
Drive continuous improvement in relation to systems and processes
Has experience in leading a team
To analyze, investigate, and propose recommendation of inefficiencies in the process and/or costs incurred

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting
ACCA or CPA Certification is preferable
8-10 years of experience in a general ledger accounting/audit firm is required with a good knowledge of IFRS and Indonesian GAAP. Big 4 firm experience is preferable
Effective communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle EBS is a must) and full cycle of closing process
Understanding of inter-company and foreign currency translations
Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
Ability to effectively supervise, direct, monitor and coach team member
