We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Define and execute the sales and go-to-market strategy with continuous test-learn-iterate cycles to improve efficiency and reduce sales cycles and customer acquisition costs
Maintain a deep understanding of target customer, user and buyer profiles, behaviors, and relevant value propositions
Maintain a high level of mobility & logistics industry knowledge, including market trends, technology & infrastructure use, competitive landscape, unmet needs, and opportunities
Drive the entire sales funnel from prospecting to initial customer engagement to closed sales
Activate sales and marketing channels including events & conferences, website, partnerships, and Bussr channels
Adopt a lean start-up approach to building a minimum viable business and go-to-market strategy
Establish and manage relationships with customers, understand their needs, scope out project engagements, support them in their use of the product, and adopt customer feedback
Build the customer success strategy, rolling out onboarding support, customer service, and technical support
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the product roadmap and prioritize user features based on customer feedback, and maintain alignment between product and business goals
Make presentations to senior leadership and decision-makers
Define and track metrics to measure progress against the GTM plan and sales and retention targets
Build a sales, marketing, and customer success organization including the roles and hiring strategy
Oversee team member’s daily activity and development
