About the Role
We're looking for a Community Manager to expand our community efforts, helping to educate, empower, and inspire our users to build thriving online and offline communities all through our very own customer community. You'll work closely with the Head of Community to design and implement impactful community programs that helps community members to grow their business stage. Community managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building community presence both online and offline, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a community strategy.

What you'll do

  • Strategize, manage, and execute community management strategy to ensure user’s retention
  • Establish the playbook for community group (consisting of rules of engagement, communication channels, ways of working, etc.)
  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for community program strategy & execution process.
  • Lead and oversee community program execution through online and offline initiatives (such as campaign, event, giveaway, etc)
  • Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and - integration of community marketing programs into overall digital and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Set, monitor, and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for growing, engaging, and retaining the community.
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant working experience preferably from e-commerce, FMCG, or other digital natives companies
  • Proven track record in building, maintaining and growing online & offline communities to drive community engagement
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • An experienced project planner, with strong cross team coordination skills at different levels in the organizations
  • Having great ability in public speaking and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Love engaging with people, creative thinker and have an outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in English & Indonesia, both written and verbal
