A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you looking for an opportunity to innovate with brands? Involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation?

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.

We are currently looking to hire a community manager with 3+ year's brand experience to manage social networks for one of the known multinational drink and brewing client based on our client site. This is a great opportunity for a level headed, strategic thinker, who has gravitas with a client.

The success of the role will rely on your ability to spot opportunities to help clients achieve their business ambitions. 

 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • A community manager will act as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement (across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YT, Pinterest, Google) to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.
  • The job requires engaging audiences on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all audiences where they are. Since different digital spaces have unique cultures and best practices, community managers must be the consistent tone and voice of the brand.
  • As a community manager, all your messaging, content, and crisis management across networks should be prompt, consistent with your brand, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community.
  • PR - managing and extending a brand's audience. As a community manager you will engage with all kinds of press -- both positive and negative -- generated.
  • Voice of consumer analysis
  • Prepare Analytical reports + make suggestions 
  • Capture trending moments on the Internet and social channels
  • Adept with Influencer Marketing

Working closely with the team, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. 

This is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community. You must bring a creative flair and excellent written skills within 140 characters.

 

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: 

  • Social Media Savvy – knows how to build online communities, engage with customers
  • Must be familiar with any Response Management tool like Sprinklr, Social Studio, Social Bakers, and others
  • Should be strong in MS office skills (Excel, PPT, basic lookup, and advanced excel would be an added advantage)
  • Ability to create Content – from reels, to snaps, google pages, LinkedIn page etc
  • Someone who is passionate about FMCG/Health/Hygiene brands with a strong aesthetic sense
  • Role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
