About the Role

We're looking for a Community Content & Education Manager to expand our community efforts, helping to educate, empower, and inspire our users to build thriving online and offline communities all through our very own customer community. You'll work closely with the Head of Community to design and implement impactful educational and engaging content that helps community members to grow their business stage. Content managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building community presence both online and offline, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. You will be responsible for building a community brand identity and presence through the creation and dissemination of content. This involves developing content strategies, managing a content team, growing an online community and tracking that community's growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the community content and education effort for our agents, whether via online and offline channels
  • Define short-term and long-term strategy for community content and education, setting community curriculum based on growth stage, managing the needs of product adoption, and act as gatekeeper for community education verticals
  • Create community content strategy that connect automatically with the audiences to increase engagement in community group
  • Responsible for community brand image and content assets through content issued on all community channels (eg. community media publications, user success stories, training deck, etc)
  • Ensure the content material meets with timeline and content qualities standards guideline
  • Provide trends, recommendations, initiatives and evaluation related with community content and education
  • Track & measure the impact of every education training and community content that align with team goals
  • Establish regular reporting cadence and share your findings with your team and cross-channel partners. Continuously iterate and optimize experiences based on what you learn

What we're looking for

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in content management, training and educational program, preferably from e-commerce, FMCG, or other digital natives companies
  • Having affinity toward social media marketing and content creation will be preferable
  • Interest in and experience with digitally-enabled learning
  • Ability to produce engaging messages and high-quality content in accordance with the timeline
  • Active thinking, accepting new things, and having strong creative copywriting skills
  • Having great ability in public speaking and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Having knowledge in customer research and analysis is a plus
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn and promote new philosophies to impact the customer that we serve
  • Love engaging with people, creative thinker and have an outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in English & Indonesia, both written and verbal
