As our Commercial Operations Lead, you’ll take the wheel in leading and executing commercial strategic projects and growth initiatives for our Indonesia market. With full accountability over the analysis, implementation and tracking of the go-to-market strategy, you’ll steer experiments that will unlock growth opportunities, analyze actionable insights, and support the team in rolling out strategic initiatives to ensure the team achieves the stipulated key business goals in a timely manner. With your thorough and well-developed strategic analysis, you’ll help the team in guiding the decision making process that will drive the trajectory of the company’s business and financial endeavours.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with SDR, AE and CSM, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, business process improvement & implementation of short term initiatives and long term business strategies
- Drive and execute key strategic projects and special projects - from conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions to achieve commercial team’s OKRs
- Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights and disseminate knowledge broadly across commercial team
- Working closely and collaborate with Country Lead on business reporting - coordinating and consolidating business/financial updates (Budget vs Actuals), product and other OKR updates
- Prepare analysis and insights (financial and non financial) related to exploring new growth initiatives
What You Will Need:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services industry, corporate strategy or strategic operations roles in technology companies, or consulting
- Ability to lead and shape analysis independently, using a problem-solving mindset to let the data-driven facts and insights guide your decision making
- Excellent communication skill is needed as you will need to build relationships across multiple teams and across various countries to help drive successful outcomes
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides
- High ownership and the ability to constantly prioritize and manage multiple high priority projects
- A go-getter attitude with a fearless and positive mindset to tackle complex problems
- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
- Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of the team
