Collection Lead

Job Description:

• Responsible to lead for >100 manpower, scope covers team development, performance tracking, evaluation, reporting, and project improvements,
• Responsible to oversee overall work flow/process and give appropriate input needed covering performance & risk/compliance aspects,
• Liaise with respected internal/external parties to ensure all performance parameters go in accordance with target & risk/compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree,
• Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience as Collection Supervisor,
• Strong collection background from Digital Lending, Banking, or BPO* companies,
• Strong skills/traits in leadership & team development, data-driven, and problem-solving,
• Strong knowledge in collection process and legality & compliance
• Candidate with active AFPI/APPI or relevant certification is preferred.
