About the Role 

Gojek Financial Services Platform continues its business expansion across several segments and requires a high-caliber candidate to fulfill the position of Collections Admin and Support Supervisor.
As our Collections Admin and Support Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in Gojek Financial Services Platform's Collections - a team that strives to provide support for Gojek's growth and operational excellence in the financial services industry. Reporting to the Collections Strategy Manager, you'll take the big responsibilities in managing day-to-day Collections operations, managing support Team Leaders and admin staff, Ensuring the Collection process runs according to the Collection Procedure (SOP), Monitor implementation of Collections strategy, Fulfillment of Collection Manpower Outsourcing (hiring, Onboarding, and training). 
You will collaborate with other Collections units, HR GTF, Customer Service, and other Operations units. With your expertise, you will be instrumental in helping Gojek Financial Services Platform achieve its goals as the most preferred financial services platform in the region and beyond. 


What You Will Do

  • Ensure the Collection process runs according to the Collection Procedure (SOP)
  • Fulfill Collection Manpower Outsourcing (hiring, Onboarding, and training)
  • Create and Develop training materials for Collection Agent
  • Perform control functions on all internal and external policies related to collection activities
  • Assist the Collection Strategy Manager in reviewing, refining, and making Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) Collection according to developments and regulatory policies
  • Involvement in Collection projects related to billing process improvement.
  • Monitor Productivity Desk Collector, conduct a review, and provide a Warning Letter for each appropriate Collection Work Rules
  • Collaborate with other divisions in handling customer complaints related to the collection and ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for handling complaints related to the collection is fulfilled
  • Monitor Collection Costs, and ensure all costs are within budget.
  • Manage and send Collection reminder comms email, SMS, USSD, IVR, and Voice Bot through apps
  • Collaborate with other divisions related to Collection invoice payment

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Fields from a reputable University in Indonesia
  • Self-motivated and able to work within strict deadlines and in high-pressure situations; and
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Fluent in English 
  • Minimum 1-year experience as Supervisor Collection/Operation Support and Development
  • Experience in Collection improvement is a plus
