Onboarding new vendors
Fill out the onboarding tracker
Match the actual number vs the tracker
Create a BTMS account for the vendors
Update the status of the BTMS account of the vendors (activate/deactivate)
Familiar with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, teams, one drive, etc..)
Willing to work at Jakarta Selatan
Have an experience in working as an administrative or related kind of stuff
Have a great communication skills
Preferably someone who resides in Jabodebatek area
Min. 1 year of experience but fresh graduate with internship experience is welcome
This is a contract based position
