Responsibilities:
- Conducting surprise checks and implementing surveillance systems.
- Monitoring TBO and Covenant.
- Reviewing credit documents after approval (before contract signing, during contract signing, and post-signing/disbursement).
- Performing both on-site and off-site inspections.
- Coordinating with other departments such as Compliance, Audit, System & Procedure, Credit Risk, Credit Operations, etc.
- Handling reporting, administration, and filing tasks.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on process flows.
- Other tasks as instructed by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit QA, Credit Analyst, or Credit Reviewer roles.
- Strong understanding of credit processes and risk management.
- Proficient in document review and analysis.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to perform on-site and off-site inspections effectively.
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide process improvement recommendations.
Bonus Points:
- Fluency in English.
- Possession of a BSMR certification.
