Responsibilities:

  • Deliver deep-dive analysis of campaign in order to provide insight and understanding to campaign and marketing performances
  • Providing detailed reports on how the campaigns were performed, making recommendations for improvements
  • Create campaigns based on analysis & insight from previous campaigns
  • Implement and own test and learn strategies across campaigns, reporting and monitoring results to key stakeholders
  • Working closely with campaign & growth team to provide insight towards customer conversion & retention
  • Recommend & improve data quality and identify new ways to make data accessible and easy to use
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business regarding the campaign & its detai
  • At Least 2 years experience in E-commerce marketing or campaign management
  • Strong project management & execution skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment & short deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English
