About the role
Monitor and oversee the local Business Solution, Robotic Processes and Business Intelligence Process team to provide solutions to achieve the business objectives. Also act as customer interlocutor on complex/strategic files.
What you will be doing
Business Solutions
- Identify and formalize customers’ business solutions needs (Track and Trace, EDI, Reporting, etc.)
- Design, implement, deploy and maintain the customer business solutions
- Support Sales in customer presentations on Track & Trace system, conduct training for internal and external parties
- Manage freight Implementation, project analysis, coordination & provide support for deployment activities
- Draft and communicate all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries
- Deal with Track & Trace application support queries and issues
- Use tools to troubleshoot problems associated with TMS and Track & Trace system
- Liaise with customer and technical team in integration, application testing and implementation
RPA Solutions
- Engage with business owner, local BPA, process owners and regional team to identify, prioritize and deliver automation of business processes
- Perform a variety of project related roles ranging from process analysis and coordination of end-to-end project delivery and rollout of various RPA automation processes
- Ensure process deliverables are configured as per design standards
- Provide accurate status reporting to management team
- Create and/or maintain documentations related to RPA projects, process mapping, selection matrix, configuration, test plan and go-live release notes
- Understand, learn and develop on Robotics tool
Business Intelligence
- Experienced IBM Cognos reporting person to maintain and enhance the reporting environment currently in operation
- Work with MIS departments for the design, development and operational deployment of IBM Cognos analysis & reports.
- Good knowledge of a BI Lifecycle to cater future implementation
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SQL, MDX language
- Work effectively with MIS department to ensure smooth process
- Monitor and oversee project assigned
Business Process Analysis and Business Applications Development
- Monitor the execution of operation workflow process & TMS and Business Process
- Participate in constructing improvement list for Pegasus and other business tools
- Stay up to date with the evolution of the business application system, participate in testing new function and new features
- Communicate effectively the changes to ensure proper understanding and high leverage of the application’s functionalities
Team Management
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
- Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
- Ensure all changes in Department / Section socialized properly to the team

The successful candidate
Technical
- Strong ability to use IT resources for business applications.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
