About the Role

We’re looking for talented individuals to join us on our mission to become an indispensable business partner for merchants and to help them succeed and thrive in Indonesia as Business Process Improvement Associate Manager.

The Business Process Improvement team acts as the business team for all system and procedures enhancements in the Merchant Platform product. As a Business Process Improvement Associate Manager, you will work together with the Business Process Improvement Manager and other product/business teams to create and design product and system improvements for the whole Merchant Organization. You need to collaborate closely with the product team, engineers, and a lot more important internal stakeholders, to create a design that will be suitable to serve different products and business structures in the future. In your day to day execution, You will need be heavily monitoring the progress of each project, as it will play a very big role in determining the future of the Merchant Organization day to day operations.

What You Will Do

  • Project Management Officer (PMO) for the strategic project to bring the Merchant Platform (MP) to the next stage - MP 1.0 to MP 2.0 to MP 3.0
  • Lead to drive change required for MP to migrate from Old to New system / process
  • Change process, product improvement, organization transformation

What You Will Need

  • At least 4 years of experience in the domain of business improvements
  • Heavy experience in data cleansing
  • Heavy data analytics in getting the market feedback and growth numbers
  • Heavy experience in project management to align on complex projects and stakeholders
  • Having consultancy background in system implementation will be a plus
About the Team

Merchant Platform enables all parts of the GoTo Group to provide more Merchants with better opportunities to grow their business and serve their customers - all at higher scale, lower cost and with better SLAs.
Merchant Platform product/business group is expected to be that Connector. The team is in charge of two main products which are Central Merchant Platform (CMP) (and its backend services)  as well as GoBiz App. 
GoBiz app is the super app for merchants that host and connect various use cases in 1 app for merchants. 
CMP and its backend services provide functionalities that are commonly needed to facilitate merchants’ activities/transactions throughout their lifecycle in the platform (Starting from onboarding, merchant state management, user access management, money in/out management as well as reporting and reconciliation capability).
