About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Business Operations Specialist to improve alignment, communication and maximise our organisation’s functions by building processes that meet our business needs. The main challenge of this role will be continuously iterating the operation standards as we scale. At its core, business ops is the intersection of business, product, marketing and content team.
About the team
Our mission is to deliver the right value for our customer through our services & product. To do that, operational excellence is our priority. For this role, you’ll be working within the business team and you will report directly to the Business Design & Channel Strategy Manager.
As a Business Ops. Specialist you will..
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a standard operating procedures
- Ensure all parties operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Partner with cross-functional product, marketing, education, creative & content team and also senior management, to identify and define short term and long term solutions to operational challenges
- Scaling business knowledge across the organisation. Maintaining templates, guidelines, how to the latest references and resources
- Bridging important changes from inside the organisation to other departments like customer support or sales and marketing
What you will need...
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, and/or digital transformation projects
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new and fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills in order to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
