Responsibilities :
1. Recruiting new partners (Leader Life Insurance Agency)
2. Encouraging partners to carry out sales transactions, especially individual health and life products
3. Conduct Training & Development for all recruited partners
4. Make sales analysis and the ratio of the number of partners who are recruited and active
5. Fostering relationships with all partners
6. Make regular sales calls to partners
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Have a broad agent network (recruiting and maintaining agent numbers and performance).
- Prefer from Life and Health Insurance background (Experience working in insuretech is a plus)
- Perform the ability to recruit and develop plan business development activities of agents
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Ability work as a team and under pressure
