As a Business Manager, you will play a lead role in building and maintaining the strategy of the company’s business/product lines. This is a great opportunity to build the company’s le verticals from the ground-up.

Job Descriptions :

  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary market research on various financial products such as payments, lending, investments, and banking services opportunities and landscape in Indonesia
  • Perform various types of opportunity sizing activities to derive critical numbers such as TAM, SAM & SOM for various business lines
  • Build financial models to showcase revenue projections
  • Create presentations to build a narrative around the proposed monetization strategy for the leadership team
  • Support leadership by keeping the rhythm of execution humming and removing any obstacles that may arise along the way
  • Orchestrate the overall strategic planning process  including product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, goal setting, and portfolio planning
  • Become the key liaison in coordinating with other internal planning functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Product, Merchant Success, Marketing etc.)
  • Lead short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses needed to develop recommendations
  • A people-oriented individual, who enjoys HR, culture and communications projects and initiatives
  • A strategic thinker while being able to execute on tactile activities. You are comfortable moving between strategic discussions and the details of execution
  • Able to manage multiple projects seamlessly and manage projects to successful completion
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, at times without guidance. You thrive in ambiguity and hold yourself and those around you accountable for achieving objectives

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field High degree of problem solving  and critical thinking ability
  • Quantitative abilities to work with data sets and develop opportunity sizing and financial models
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally with team members across levels
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations in a succinct manner
  • A ‘do-whatever-it-takes’ attitude to ensure the project gets done well and on time
  • Ability to quickly identify key business risks and issues and bring leaders and other stakeholders together to find collaborative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
