Business & Solution Analyst

Business & Solution Analyst responsible to monitor progress of Core Platform Revamp projects that are related to multiple tribes. The Business & Solution Analyst is responsible to help other tribes develop and prioritize business strategies that make fundamental changes on how business operates, aiming to enhance both operational and financial performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the existing tribes to gather information from internal and external sources regarding issues that currently happen.
• Research for competitors in the market, if they are experiencing the same issues and what are the solutions or actions taken to solve the issues.
• Assist the existing tribes to monitor the progress of the project implementation, including conduction stand up meetings, sprint review, retrospective and planning meetings.
• Assist the existing tribes to create requirements documents and standard operating procedures including the process of socializing it to the respective stakeholders.
• Assist the existing tribes to give solutions to other tribes by brainstorming solutions to the root cause of the issues.

• Take a major in Engineering, Business or any related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• A team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Plus point if you have any experience or knowledge about agile methods.
