How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

About the Position:

As a part of the MSME team as a Business Analyst (Lead or Senior) will work closely with the top management team to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives, identifying process improvements, and providing valuable insights to improve business performance

What Will You Do:

  • Lead and participate in comprehensive market analysis and industry research for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic objectives and design tailored business solutions.
  • Develop detailed strategic plans including scenario analysis, risk assessment, and resource allocation to support business growth and innovation.
  • Develop business cases to support strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis.
  • Gather and analyze data from cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed strategies.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving operational efficiencies and business processes through strategic insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects and initiatives.
  • Lead project management efforts for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall business goals.

What You Need To Have:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably with experience in a management or technology consulting firm or an equivalent role in an industry-leading company.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred.
