As a business analyst, the role involves assisting in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to strategic planning, providing insights from past performance and market trends, and highlighting potential risks and opportunities. The business analyst identifies financial and operational improvement areas, analyzes budget variances to find efficiency opportunities, and benchmarks against industry standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the business analyst offers accurate financial projections, and actionable insights for decision-making, and supports tactical and strategic decisions. Ensuring effective resource allocation to support strategic objectives, aligning, budgets with organizational goals, and optimizing resource utilization for maximum efficiency are also key responsibilities.

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

2. 4 years of experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

3. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for financial modeling and data interpretation

4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to different project requirements
