• 日本市場向けのソフトウェア開発を行っているお客様から引き出した情報をもとに、仕様マスターとして、仕様を可視化して開発チームに伝達し、期待どおりのソフトウェアが出来上がるようにチームを支援する役目です。時として、お客様のイメージを具現化できるようにお客様を導くことが期待されます。
• PMと協力しながら、開発チーム内のタスクマネジメントやスケジュールマネジメントを支援することもあります。仕様どおりのテスト設計や開発実装が行われているかといった開発チームメンバーへの細かなフォローアップが期待されます。
• 仕様マスターという立場から、クライアント、プロジェクト、チームなどの各種課題の抽出と、その解決へ向けた一連のプロセス支援に携わることができます。

主な業務内容

• Jiteraのプロダクトを利用した、クライアント開発案件における仕様書に付随する一連の業務
• 要件定義からリリースまでの全工程横断的な以下業務
• 要件定義工程：クライアントを熟知したPMに要件や基本設計に関する情報を受け取り、要件定義各種ドキュメントの作成支援と更新支援、詳細設計各種ドキュメントの作成と更新
• 開発工程：開発メンバーに対して仕様の伝達、質疑応答の対応、必要に応じて仕様書の更新、PMとの調整
• テスト工程：テストメンバーに対して仕様の伝達、質疑応答の対応、テスト設計レビュー支援、一定のシナリオにそったスモーキングテスト
• リリース工程：リリース前後でのスモーキングテスト、必要に応じて質疑応答の対応

• 論理的に、物事を順序立ててコミュニケーションを取ることができる力
• 日本語での読み書きとヒアリングを単独で行うことができる
• 英語での読み書き、口頭で詳細設計書に関するコミュニケーションを取ることができる
• 一定の業務ツールを使いこなすことができる（Google Spreadsheet、Slack等）
• Webやアプリの開発にBAの役割として、3年以上の経験
• クライアントの目標達成に向けた製品の詳細設計ができること
• リモートワーク環境下における高いスピード感、自分ごととして捉える力
• 困難な状況下において、乗り越えてきた実体験

• Frontend、Backend、Infra等ソフトウェア開発分野の知識がある

• 口頭日本語能力、ベトナム語能力、インドネシア語能力のいずれかを有している

Job overview

• Being the spec master in a software development project team that works for external clients in Japan, communicate proactively to visualize the spec to the team to ensure that the product meets the client expectations. In some cases, you need to lead or guide the external client to have clearer image of their software.
• Work closely with the project manager and support the PM tasks such as task management, schedule management, scope management or any to follow up each project member to understand the spec fully via checking their outputs such as test cases or the software itself.
• As the spec master, the candidate can gain hands-on project experiences from finding potential risks or issues to solving those findings to make sure they are operated under the project’s control

Responsibilities and Scope of the work

• With the use of Jitera product, any relevant tasks that goes along with the spec documents in the external client project
• From the specification phase to the initial release phase, the below works are expected to be handled by this position but not limited to
• Requirement specification phase: conduct Q&A and some meetings to gain all requirements from the clients, support PM to define general spec docs and update those if necessary, define the detail spec docs and update those if necessary
• Implementation/testing phase: conduct spec explanation meeting(s) to the project members to ensure that everyone in the team grasps the specs, organize Q&A as detailed as possible, update scope or specs when necessary, negotiate clients with PM if necessary. Conduct smoke tests or scenario tests to check the team’s output if it works as defined on the spec docs.
• Release phase: conduct some tests before/after release, Q&A or discussion if necessary

Capabilities, required skills and experiences

• Ability to communicate logically and in order
• Able to read, write, and listen in Japanese independently
• Able to read, write, and orally communicate in English regarding detailed design documents
• Able to use certain business tools (Google Spreadsheet, Slack, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in a BA role or in a similar role in web and mobile app development project
• Ability to design detailed spec docs along with client goals
• A high sense of quick actions and the ownership in a remote work environment
• Actual experience of overcoming difficult situations

Preferred skills and experiences

• UI/UX design knowledge and experience in web and mobile app
• Knowledge in software development fields such as Frontend, Backend, Infra, etc.
• Small/medium team size project management experience
• Experience in coordinating with Japanese clients
• Experience working on improving self efficiency using certain generative AI services and tools such as ChatGPT
• Fluent in either Japanese, Vietnamese, or Indonesian language

Work Styles

• Full remote. You can work from anywhere all over the world. Of course, you can also work from your home
