About the role

As a Branding & Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our branding initiatives. Working alongside our branding lead, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing efforts to raise awareness for DK’s brand to its maximum.  Efforts will include content marketing, ads and collaborations with external parties. We are looking for someone who is packed with ideas, on top of current social trends and issues and willing to get their hands into the details.

Dkatalis empowers you as our team member to think creatively to solve everyday problems that might not usually push to the limelight but are very much relevant and critical to the growth of our customers.

What Will You Do

  • Strategizing branding initiatives to increase awareness 
  • Concepting, writing and posting content to multiple social media 
  • Creating seasonal campaign according to recruitment priorities
  • Building partnerships with communities/individuals that can increase brand awareness

What You Need To Have

  • 1 - 2 years in handling social media related to employer branding
  • Social media savvy - you know the ins and outs of Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Updated with current pop-culture and related market trends (memes and latest news, you got it!)
  • Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently
  • Interested to tinker in the broader digital marketing strategies
  • Good analytical skills
