  • Responsible for achieving branches profitability target.
  • Build a predetermined regional network, including generate leads for partnerships and SME financing that includes qualifying leads, retaining, and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Assume the role of leader, monitor daily activities, provide go to market strategy and ensure its execution.
  • Evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collections on regular basis.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking in managing branches. Experience in supply chain business will be a plus point.
  • Expert in managing sales, credit, and collection functions.
  • Strong leadership, proven integrity, and good network in the area
