Who are we?
Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Technology must impact lives, must improve lives. We exist to provide banking to those who
‘need’ and not only to those who ‘want’. Services when provided to those who need at the time

- Receive an introduction about the company and perform tasks in several divisions such as operations, human resources, marketing and others; depending on the needs of the company
- Learn the functions of each line from across departments within the Bank in terms of staff, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each stage of the business
- Understand and develop standards and controls that are in accordance with the company's goals to build an effective digital platform in all aspects/fields
- Obtain knowledge from experienced workers regarding the methods, procedures and standards required for the implementation of tasks in the relevant division
- Receive training in functions and operations from related circle to facilitate Business Operations Improvement staff to achieve their goals
- Implement and monitor the results of work plans to ensure business continuity in accordance with the industrial environment.
- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Experience in related field
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and share with others
- Language proficiency: Baha and English
- Strong in numbers is a plus point
