Associate Technical Specialist
Duties and responsibilities
- Primarily manage ecommerce campaign execution within the brand site (Magento-based or other CMS based framework)
- Responsible for product launch processes (integration automatic & manual processes)
- Help Store Management team to seek for site improvement for customer satisfaction/ to optimize sales
- Monitor system (incl. database & memory) usage during big launch
- Assisting Project Managers for all project related tasks – follow up, proper Documentation of development phases, requirements, communication
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control process in the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Understand business needs and know how to create or use existing tools to manage them.
Capability
- 1- 3 years working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – w/ Computer Science, IT, Information Systems degree)
- Strong knowledge with the following programming languages and SQL: PHP, JavaScript, or other scripting language
- Great communication skills – internal / external clients.
- Familiar with Ms. Excel
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Working through specification given by Project Managers
- Experience working with Laravel or Magento Framework is a Plus
