- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Assistant Front Office Manager role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Familiar with Opera/PMS
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
