F&B Manager | Delonix Hotel Karawang

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. As the F&B Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategies to ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests across all outlets. You will lead a talented team, maintain the highest standards of service quality, and work closely with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing beverage menus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all F&B operations within the hotel.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and exceed financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service and quality.
• Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional guest service.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create and implement promotional events to enhance guest experiences.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage hotels.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
